le Cadre National de Biosecurité a été élaboré en 2009, mais il n'est pas pour l'instant adopté avec la Loi sur la Biosecurité, lesquels sont au stade de projet, neammois dans les paragraphes suivants, on va faire du contenu du CNB comme l'existant des mecanismes, toutefois, ils ne sont pas juridiquement contraignant jusqu'à l'adoption. Seul le projet de CNB  a été transmis au Secretariat de la CBD.
