Niger republic periodically has to face chronic challenges of food
products deficits when food insecurity becomes more and more
important and the poverty is increasing in the country particularly
for rural populations representing 85 per cent of the
populations.The republic president, his excellency Elhadji
Mahamadou Issoufou and the government have enhanced the 3N
initiative, nigeriens feed nigeriens.The present document is an
operational traduction of this initiative including some functions
of Cartagena Protocol.
