Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008, N 1397 (in wording of the Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of 23.12.2008 N2010, of 26.02.2009 N254 and of 06.05.2009 N599) on approval of Regulations "On Some Problems of Certain Commodity Transfer Across the Customs Border of the Republic of Belarus". It approved the Lists of certain commodities restricted in transfer or import/export of which across the Customs Border, including the List of conventionally pathogenic or pathogenic genetically engineered organisms, are prohibited.
