ASR368 is an LM Creeping Bentgrass that was modified with the insertion of a DNA sequence coding for 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (epsps) gene from Agrobacterium sp. thereby conferring tolerance to the herbicide glyphosate found in Roundup.

Notes regarding the genetic elements introduced or modified in this LMO
Southern blot and sequence analysis indicated that event ASR368 contains a single copy of the DNA insertion containing both cp4 epsps gene expression cassettes. Analyses also indicated that there was no incorporation of DNA from the vector backbone.
