Regulate use, manipulation and transboundary movement of Genetically modified organisms in Cameroon resulting from modern biotechnology that may have adverse effects on the conservation and sustainable use of biological biodiversity.

These apply to GMOs under transboundary movement, transit, handling, use and manipulation that have adverse effects on the environment, human and animal health.
