Nous n'éprouvons pas de difficulté à remplir le ce rapport. Les questions se ressemblent mais avec une petite attention, on arrive à faire la part des choses. Il faut aussi connaître l'évolution du cadre national de biosécurité du pays. Certaines parties prenantes ont un peu de difficulté mais avec des explications, elles comprennent comment remplir le formulaire du rapport. L'autre difficulté est que les fonds ne sont pas parvenus à temps pour respecter le délai pour le dépôt du rapport.
