<1. Adoptar medidas adecuadas para evitar la dispersión de granos durante la transportación y descarga.
2. Reportar al Centro Nacional de Seguridad Biológica cualquier cambio en la actividad descrita en la autorización.
3. Notificar al CSB cualquier accidente o incidente que se presente durante la transportación y descarga.
4. Reportar previamente las importaciones que se realicen bajo esta autorización.
5. Solicitar autorización para emplear la carga para otro uso diferente al previsto.

Los granos importados serán empleados solo como alimento animal y se conoce que las variedades biotecnólogicas se han empleado con este fin por varios años de forma segura.>
