Objective of this German Regulation is to ensure that in case of an emergency regarding the contained use of GMO of safety class 2-4 external emergency plans exist and competent authorities get informed.
This German Regulation affects facilities of contained use of GMO of safety classes 2-4.
It describes
• that an emergency plan has to be developed
• who has to develop an emergency plan
• who has to be informed in case of emergencies
• that post emergency analysis about the incident has to be conducted.
