New version of the draft Roadmap for Risk Assessment - 14 Oct 2009 [#1391]
Dear all,

On Hans’ behalf, please find attached the new version of the draft roadmap (dated 14 Oct 09) which was tabled as a Chair’s paper during the meeting of the SWG.

The version in track change mode in relation to the previous version is also attached for reference.

As you probably already know, when reading this message through email you will need to follow the link “See this post in the online forum” at the end of the email message to access the attachments in web.

It was a pleasure to see you all in The Hague and wish you a safe return home.

Thanks and best regards,
Manoela

RE: New version of the draft Roadmap for Risk Assessment - 14 Oct 2009 [#1393]
Dear colleagues,

At the meeting of the SWG on the Roadmap for risk assessment and risk management, we have been able to do a complete reading of the draft version that was on the table. Your comments have been taken into account in the new version of the Roadmap, a chair’s paper that has been posted by Manoela on 14 October 2009.
Due to time constraints, this document was only discussed during the meeting in a round of general comments. The appointment was made that a round of textual comments on the document, which we did not have time for during the meeting, would be held through the internet.
The document is therefore open for comments from the participants of the SWG meeting in The Hague, 12 – 14 October 2009.
We agreed that textual comments would be made as tracked changes in the ‘clean’ version of the document that was posted on 14 October; only these comments will be considered to be taken on board in the next version. If you want to provide any explanations of your textual comments, please post them directly on the discussion site, not in your document with the textual changes.
If you want to comment on changes proposed by others, please use the same method: comments directly on the discussion site, and if your comments should lead to textual changes, please submit also these changes as tracked changes in the clean document.

The timetable for comments is as follows:

15 - 28 October 2009: submission of textual comments; text proposals posted after midnight on October 28 (your local time) will NOT be taken into consideration.

15 October – 1 November 2009: submission of comments to text proposals. This period closes at midnight (your local time) on 1 November.

I will prepare a new version of the Roadmap for the online discussion forum, to be sent to the Secretariat on November 6.

Best wishes,

Hans
