Online Forum on the Action Agenda/Biosafety

Dear participants,

Thank you all very much for your contributions to the Online discussions on non-state actors’ engagement in the Action Agenda for Nature and People and for your active participation. The online discussions are now closed. Please note that all the postings will remain under each theme.

A complete summary of information and recommendations from moderators of the six themes will be prepared and made available shortly. The information will also be used to develop an information document for the tenth Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties (COP-MOP 10) to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, 25 April - 8 May 2022.

We look forward to your continued contribution to the implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety and the Implementation Plan for the Cartagena Protocol. We also encourage non-state actors to make a commitment on the Action Agenda for Nature and People at https://www.cbd.int/portals/action-agenda/ .

We will also endeavor to set up focal points from non-state actors that can serve as representatives.
