discrepancy in the answers to question 126 f,g,h,n,o [#7533]
There is a discrepancy in the alternatives for answering question 126 f,g,h,n, and o between the template and the online reporting tool. In the template, the answer alternative "not applicable" is given. This alternative is missing in the online reporting tool and is replaced by the answer "information not available". These answer alternatives are not the same. As we have not taken any decisions or received reports regarding transit of living modified organisms nor occurrence of unintentional or illegal transboundary movements of LMOs, the alternative should be "not applicable". The answer that we must give is "information not available" which is not so, as we know that there is no information to be had, as this movement has not taken place.
Why has this change been made between the paper template and the online reporting tool? How can we answer so as to reflect the actual circumstances?

RE: discrepancy in the answers to question 126 f,g,h,n,o [#7534]
Kindly note that the decision was made to keep the answer 'Information not available' for all of the sub-questions in 126 rather than 'not applicable' as it appears in the online format. We apologize for the confusion regarding the discrepancy between the online and offline format.
