Anyone who intends to export the LMOs via Korean areas to other country shall report the information to the head of Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy such as events, quantity, export country, importing country, etc. <br />A person intending to import any living modified organism for experimentation and research, or an arrangement of an exposition or exhibition shall file a report thereon to the head of the relevant central administrative agency. Provided, That where the living modified organism falls under any of the following subparagraphs, they shall obtain approval by the head of the relevant central administrative agency.
