If food from GM soybean event MON 87701 which has been circulated and/or consumed are proven to create negative effect on human health, then :
a. Head of National Agency of Drugs and Food Control will revoke this food circulation approval;
b. The holder of food circulation approval mentioned on Article 1 is required to conduct controlling and prevention, and withdraw food of GM soybean event MON 87701 from the circulation
