Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter – Ministry of Nature) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 “On the Safety of Genetic Engineering Activities” prescribed that Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs engaged in transferring nonpathogenic, genetically engineered organisms shall submit to the Ministry of Nature notification of the transit them through the territory of Belarus within 7 (seven) days before the scheduled vehicle crossing the state border of the Republic of Belarus.
