Comments to the Draf Elements of the Strategic Plan are provided in the attachment.
Comments are the result of the joint cooperation between Government Agencies such as the Biotechnology Program at the Ministry of Agriculture, National Commission on Biosafety; National and International Organizations such as the Hemispheric Biotechnology Program at the IICA located in Costa Rica, as well as the National Focal Point.
