Some of the relevant information that could be included in this section is:
  1. A recommendation as to whether or not one or more risk management or monitoring strategies should be implemented and, if so, the specific conditions for each such strategy (see section 4 above);
  2. Considerations of remaining uncertainties (see section 5 above); and
  3. A recommendation as to if and when the risk assessment should be re-visited.
amongst other thing as is fit for each particular case.

In addition to the issues mentioned above, the recommendations section of the report may also include any relevant information to be considered by the decision makers prior to making a decision. Some issues that may be relevant include:
