The Competent National Authority(ies) of each country is responsible for the administrative functions required to implement the Protocol. More details regarding CNAs will be discussed in module 2.
Each Party should designate one or more competent national authorities who will perform the administrative functions required by the Protocol and are authorized to take decisions on the LMOs for which they are designated (see
Module 2
).
