This Resolution establishes provision on the procedure for a risk assessment of possible harmful effects of genetically engineered organism on human health and the environment, provision on the procedure and terms of the issuance of permits for the release of non-pathogenic genetically engineered organism into the environment for testing, establishes a list of organizations authorized to assess risks of possible harmful effects of genetically engineered organisms on human health and the environment and establishes the list of information on genetically engineered organism and measures to prevent its possible harmful effects on human health and the environment, to be provided by an Aplicant for conducting a risk assessment.
