I support the  comments from Dr. Strassheim and Dr. Petry, in this case with regards the required accuracy of economic evalutions. 
This takes me to the comments of Dr. Ferrer. I completely agree that economic sciences are purely Sciences as well, and then we should always use scientific-based tools for all analysis and deliberation, here included the politically-driven ones.
I support the excellent comments of Dr. Freemont with regards the concepts around "natural x synthetic.
