The import consent is based on the authorization No 3/23.04.2007, issued by the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development, for field trials in the locations belonging to the State Institute for Varieties Testing and Registering.
The authorization is in force until 31 December 2011. The competent authority may suspend the authorization any time, if its provisions are not entirely fulfilled.
The subsequent imports are on a yearly base, during the field trials period, and have to be notified to the National Environmental Protection Agency, functioning under the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development;
