Méthode et points à examiner
Studies in the USA and Brazil involved the analysis of phenotypic, agronomic traits, nutrient composition, plant effect on soil chemical and physical characteristics, soil organic matter degradability and nutritional status of plants, among others. In all of these studies, no significant difference was detected between soybean DAS-81419-2 and its conventional control of the same genetic background, which otherwise could indicate presence of interactions between the inserted genes cry1Ac and cry1F and other genes of the genome, Resulting in detectable pleiotropic and epistatic effects.

All the agronomic characteristics of soybean DAS-81419-2 evaluated in field trials in several crops in Brazil (processes 01200.003138 / 2011-38 and 01200.004683 / 2010-61) and in the USA were statistically indistinguishable from the control soybean where the results were within the Range of non-GM soybeans. The results of this study demonstrated agronomic equivalence between the soybean event DAS-81419-2 and the non-transgenic soybean.
