Building a Genetic Elements Construct

Dear BCH users,
Thank you for taking the time to test the LMO records as explained in my previous message. Please continue to do so. The deadline is June 8th.
We would just like to remind you to test also the “building a genetic elements construct” feature which is part of the LMO record creation.
A genetic construct mirrors the genetic cassettes within the vector or the T-DNA insert and can be recreated in the “Add Construct” field. It is made up of the individual genetic element records that are added in the “Introduced or modified genetic elements”. For example, a promoter, coding sequence and terminator (e.g. CaMV 35S promoter, Cry1Ac, nos terminator).
