Uridine monophosphate synthase
EN
The uridine monophosphate synthase of Solanum tuberosum is a bifunctional enzyme which acts as an orotate phosphoribosyltransferase and an orotidine 5'-monophosphate decarboxylase. These two sites catalyze the last two steps of the de novo uridine monophosphate biosynthetic pathway.
