- Notification that domestic regulations shall apply with respect to specific imports of LMOs (Article 14.4)
Import of LMOs, also those intended for food, feed and processing, has to be in accordance with the Norwegian Gene Technology Act. This includes an AIA procedure and a permit from the Norwegian authorities before any import of LMOs.
