The safeguard measure for GM potato EH92-527-1(BPS-25271-9) was introduced in Austria on April 27th 2010 by ordinance of the Austrian Minister of Health. It prohibits the placing on the market of GM potato EH92-527-1(BPS-25271-9) for cultivation in Austria.
According to the ordinance the safeguard measure will expire by December 1st 2012. In 2012 it was renewed for three years
