- Decision on LMOs for intentional introduction into the environment (according to Article 10 or domestic regulatory framework)
Approval of the import and/or use of the LMO(s) with conditions
Field trial of the genetically modified potato (insertion of Cry3aM gene) with preventive conditions of possible adverse post-effects of that release: 1) to conduct the twenty-four hour control with tracking video camera-recorders and sound alarm; 2) to prevent trespassing for animals and strangers/unauthorized persons; all overground parts of the plants shoud be destroyed with fire in the cremator when the vegetative season is finished, plant tubers should be extracted from the soil and used only for research; the field should be ploughed; 4) to monitor fauna and flora in 300 meters along perimeter of the trial field.EN
