Approval of the import and/or use of the LMO(s) with conditions
Fertile plant material has to be stored in closed and clearly labelled repositories for transport and storage at any time outside the release site and laboratory. The label needs to distinctively describe the LMO. During transport any loss and spillage of seeds shall be avoided. If plant material will be stored outside a genetic engineering facility the national federal authority needs to be informed about location and expected period a priori.
After completion of the field trial the localization of the release sites must be ensured by appropriate measures.
