Approval of the import and/or use of the LMO(s) with conditions
1. The permittee shall duly inform the public of this approval by way of publishing in any one of the top three leading newspapers in the country. A copy of such publication shall be submitted to the Bureau of Plant Industry within ten days after publication;
2. The regulated article shall be imported solely and exclusively for direct use as food and
 feed, or for processing and not for field testing or propagation;
3. Biosafety Permit of the individual traits contained in this stack should be renewed six (6) months before their respective expiration dates;
4. There shall be strict monitoring of the regulated article from port of entry to the traders/importers storage/warehouse as stated in Sec 32 of JDC NO.1 S2016;
5. The BPI shall impose the following conditions on the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Import Clearance [SPSIC]:
 a. ln case of accidental release of corn 3272 x Bt11 x MIR604 x TC1507 x 5307 x GA2l, such as road spill during transport, it is the responsibility of the importers to inform the Bureau of Plant industry (BPI) immediately. The technology developer, Syngenta Philippines, Inc. will assist the BPI to prevent unwanted germination of the GM seeds.
 b. Control and mitigating measures as identified in the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) must be complied to prevent unwanted release of GM seeds into the environment;
6. If new information on the regulated article and its effects on human health and the environment becomes available, and such information is relevant and significant, the risk assessment shall be readdressed to determine whether the risk has changed or whether there is a need to amend the risk management strategies accordingly; and
7. Compliance of the permit holder with the conditions set by the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) as stated in the Biosafety Permit for Direct Use (Article 7. Section 21.H of JDC No. 1 s2016).

A violation of any of these condition shall lead to revocation of this permit as provided in the DOST-DA-DENR-DOH-DILG Joint Department Circular No.1, Series of 2016.

The genetic modifications in the single events present in Corn 3272 x Bt11 x MIR604 x 1507 x 5307 x GA21 are not intended to change any of the typical crop characteristics of maize (except for the enhancement of the ethanol production and control of certain insect pests and weeds). Observations from field trials have confirmed that the agronomic and phenotypic characteristics of corn 3272 x Bt11 x MIR604 x 1507 x 5307 x GA21 have not changed in comparison with the conventional maize, and therefore, there is no increase or decrease in the potential for plant-to-plant gene transfer of corn 3272 x Bt11 x MIR604 x 1507 x 5307 x GA21 compared to traditional corn. Gene transfer from corn 3272 x Bt11 x MIR604 x 1507 x 5307 x GA21 to other sexually compatible plant species is not possible since there are no indigenous populations of sexually compatible wild relatives in the Philippines. In addition, since the scope of this application does not include authorization for the cultivation, the likelihood of dissemination of pollen to other plants (including cultivated corn plants) is considered to be negligible.
