EN
The Arabidopsis thaliana polyubiquitin 10 (Ubi10; UBQ10) regulatory sequence is comprised of the promoter, 5' untranslated region and intron. The ubiquitin 10 promoter is a constitutive promoter that promotes high-levels of transcription in plant systems. The promoter is not tissue specific and high levels of transcription would be expected in all plant tissues.
