Regulation or administrative measure
The objective of this Regulation is to ensure that potential adverse effects of genetically modified organisms are addressed to protect human health and the environment when conducting the environment release.
Scope: This regulation covers genetically modified organisms meant for environmental release and/or placing on the market. This regulation shall not apply to genetically modified organisms that are pharmaceuticals for human use.
