Regulation or administrative measure
The objective of this Regulation is to establish procedures and principles in relation to subjects written below, in order to prevent the risks that may be due to genetically modified organisms (GMO) and its products (GMOPs) obtained through the use of modern biotechnology within scientific and technological progresses; to be provided conservation on human, animal and plant health with environment and biological diversity:
a) Application, assessment, decision, import, process, export, labelling, montitoring, place on the market, supervision and control regarding GMO and GMOPs intended for food and feed,
b) Making trials and activities intended for research, development, experiment regarding GMO under controlled conditions in a contained specific field as  limiting their contacts with the external environment,
c) Research, development, application, assessment, decision, import, export, process, labelling, place on the market, monitoring, supervision, control and operations in contained field regarding genetically modified microorganisms (GMM) and genetically modified microorganism’s products (GMMP).
