The National Biosafety Coordination Center of the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus provides molecular genetic testing and the determination of the presence of LMOs and genetically modified ingredients (GMI) in food raw materials and foods; determination of the presence of GMI in agricultural products, feed and seed material.
  LMO and  GMI detection by PCR has been carried out since 2005. The use of modern methods of molecular genetic testing ensures guaranteed quality. Accreditation for compliance with STB ISO / IEC 17025 (Accreditation certificate BY / 112 02.1.0.1599 dated 12/07/2009).
The NCBC performs orders at the request of organizations and individual entrepreneurs, including in the framework of monitoring products commissioned by organizations.
