This law deals with consumers' rights, relations between consumers and producers, salesmen, suppliers, service providers and control bodies in the market and standardization. Its goal is the protection of health, environment, life and rights of the consumers, as defined by this law.
This law regulates relationships between consumers on one side and producers, salesmen, suppliers and service providers on the other hand, and defines all obligations that arise from international agreements, related to consumers' rights.
