Previous Online Discussions of the AHTEG

Dear colleagues,

The attached document ’Criteria for documents that can be put on the list of background material to the Roadmap’ is presented to you by me as the chair of the SWG on the Roadmap, for further discussion.

We have already discussed this issue to some extent in Ljubljana and concluded that the we need such criteria, but that they should be easily applicable.
I think that the criteria that I propose here do meet that requirement, but it is for you to comment on this.

Meanwhile I will continue working on the list of background documents, and I will be in touch regularly with more requests for comments, before we finalize the list on 31 August, as decided in the final report of the AHTEG.

I am looking forward to your comments to this proposal as soon as possible.

I would like to respond to your criteria paper. Thanks for that. It is very helpful and  I agree with most of your suggestions. At some places I have differing proposals. I enclose these as comments in your criteria paper.
