Meeting of the SWG on the Roadmap for Risk Assessment, 12-14 October, The Hague

Dear members of the AHTEG Bureau,
Greetings from Montreal! I hope this message reaches you well and that your preparations for the meeting of the Sub-Working Group on the Roadmap in The Hague are well advanced.
As you may be aware, there will be AHTEG Bureau meetings at the margin of the meeting of the SWG on the Roadmap to discuss the status, challenges and the way forward of the work of the other Sub-working Groups. The AHTEG Bureau will tentatively meet on Monday evening and on Wednesday at lunch time.
The Provisional Agenda and the Annotations to the Provisional Agenda for the meeting have been posted at

Other background documents for the meeting will soon be made available by the Chair of the SWG.
You are kindly invited to bring copies of all background documents to the meeting as additional copies may not be easily available.

In case you have not yet done your reservation, please do so as soon as possible.
