Pursuant to the task set out in the terms of reference annexed to decision BS-VI/12, for the Open-ended Forum on Risk Assessment and Risk Management and AHTEG to “provide input, inter alia, to assist the Executive Secretary in his task to structure and focus the process of testing the guidance, and in the analysis of the results gathered from the testing”, discussions were held by the Open-ended Forum from 8 to 21 April 2013 to consider and discuss a draft concept note and questionnaire developed by the Secretariat as tools to structure and focus the process of testing the Guidance. The outcomes of the discussion were summarized by the moderator, and are available

On the basis of those outcomes, the Secretariat prepared a revised version of the concept note and draft questionnaire, updated on 29 April 2013, to reflect the emerging agreements among forum participants.
In this online discussion, taking into account the outcomes of the discussion in the Open-ended Online Forum, the AHTEG is invited to provide concrete suggestions on how to further improve the revised draft concept note and questionnaire as tools to focus and structure the testing of the Guidance.
