BCH: New help videos on how to edit published records and submit NR5s

Dear BCH users,
The purpose of this message is to inform you of the
3 new videos that were created in-house by the BCH team aimed at helping you with updating
National Records and
Reference Records.
The
videos describe 3 easy ways to access
published records in the BCH in order
to edit or delete them. The videos are:
• How to update published National Records – intended for BCH-NFPs • How to update published National Records – intended for NAUs and CPB-NFPs • How to update published Reference Records – intended for all registered users The videos also demonstrate other features such as how to cancel a request for publication or deletion if you are an NAU or a regular user, and where to find more help in the BCH.
