SWG on Risk Assessment of LM Trees

Once again thanks for your dedicated work during our face to face meeting here in Bonn. I hope all of you traveled back safely.
Please find enclosed a further draft based on our discussion in Bonn and the subsequent online discussion forum.
Because of rearrangements and deletions quite a number of citations do not show up in the body of the text anymore and in addition there are some inconsistencies in the way the citations are given. That will be cleaned in the final step of editing. So don´t worry about the bibliography.
Having said that I am looking forward to your comments.
