Standards for Shipments of LMOs [#1035]
Regarding the identification of standard / criteria for Shipments of LMOs, is it the best that each country identifies those standards that are in line with its nature OR to set global standards agreed-upon common by all parties? And, if each country has the right to develop their own standards my question is, what are the standards that can be consulted? and what are the procedures for risk assessment and management of these shipments, especially if they contain more than one LMO?
In my opinion, these issues should be taken into account in the next meeting of the parties.
