A stacked insect-resistant and herbicide-tolerant maize. Insect resistance is conferred by the cry34Ab1, cry35Ab1 and cryIF genes from the common soil bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis, and glufosinate-ammonium herbicide tolerance through the pat gene from Streptomyces viridochromogenes.
