Approval of the import and/or use of the LMO(s) with conditions
1. This approval is valid for ten (10) years from the date of authorization; 2. Ensure strict compliance with provisions of Biosafety Act and Regulations; 3. Ensure strict compliance with other existing National and County laws relevant to this approval; 4. Ensure proper labeling of Bt cotton seeds and/or derived products in line with the Biosafety (Labeling)Regulations and any other guidelines that may be provided by the Authority from time to time; and 5. Provide annual reports for general surveillance and case specific monitoring of Bt cotton varieties to the Authority.
