As Senior Biosafety Inspector, I lead nationwide GMO surveillance and compliance inspections, review scientific dossiers for agricultural biotechnology products, and process biosafety import permits. I conduct molecular (PCR) and microbiological analyses to detect and characterize GMOs, and audit regulated facilities to ensure adherence to national biosafety standards. I contribute to policy development by drafting guidelines and standard operating procedures, facilitate training and capacity-building workshops, and prepare comprehensive technical reports to support regulatory decision-making.
