El propósito principal de la evaluación de actividades contenidas o confinadas de OGM vegetales regulados es determinar que las condiciones bajo las cuales se realice proporcionen una adecuada contención o confinamiento del OGM vegetal regulado, como así también un adecuado tratamiento de sus potenciales riesgos en relación a su manejo e interacción con el medio durante la actividad.
