On Quality and Safety of the Food Raw Materials and Foodstuffs for Human Life and Health

This law regulates relations in the field of quality of food raw materials and foodstuffs and their safety for human life and health. The Article 10 requires the provision of information on the quality and safety of food raw materials, foodstuffs and dietary supplements. It requires to place GMO labels if the food raw materials and foodstuffs are genetically modified or include the genetically modified ingredients (components).
