The Resolution establishes the regulations for the administrative procedure carried out in relation to economic entities, under subclause 7.8.1 "Inclusion of information about genetically engineered animals, varieties of genetically engineered plants and strains of non-pathogenic genetically engineered microorganisms in the State Register of Genetically Engineered Animals, Varieties of Genetically Engineered Plants and Strains of Non-pathogenic Genetically Engineered Microorganisms. Obtaining a Сertificate of State Registration of a genetically engineered animal, a variety of a genetically engineered plant or a strain of a non-pathogenic genetically engineered microorganism", and under subclause 7.8.2 "Obtaining a Certificate of State Registration of a new genetically engineered  animal, a variety of a genetically engineered plant or a strain of a non-pathogenic genetically engineered microorganism bred by traditional breeding methods using genetically engineered plants, animals or microorganisms previously included in the State Register of Genetically Engineered Animals, Varieties of Genetically Engineered Plants  and Strains of Non-pathogenic Genetically Engineered Microorganisms as source material".
