This Decree amends and supplements existing regulations to reduce the paperwork and administrative procedures for granting permits for testing, biosafety certificates, and certificates confirming that genetically modified organisms are suitable for use as food and animal feed. Simultaneously, the Decree adds regulations on the contain use in production.
