The AUST-ATL is a specialized laboratory offering innovative services which covers a broad range of applications in the fields of molecular biology and applied toxicology. It has acquired the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation and in the process of acquiring Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) certification.
For LMOs analysis, the AUST-ATL conducts screening, identification and quantification of GMOs in seeds, food, feed and derived products. In addition, the laboratory conducts research projects for the optimization and development of new methods for GMOs analysis.
