Message attachments [#1021]
Dear all,
As you may have noticed, the email messages sent by the Listserver (i.e. emails that are automatically generated when someone posts a message in a discussion group) do not contain attachments even if the original message had one or more files attached.
Our IT guys are working to make it possible for files to be attached also the email messages, but so far, the only way to see the attachments is to follow the link "See this post in the online forum", which you may find towards the end of any of the email messages sent by the Listserver, or through the AHTEG Portal at http://bch.cbd.int/onlineconferences/portal_ahteg_ra.shtml.
Please let me know if you have any question.
Thanks,
Manoela

RE: Message attachments [#1022]
Thank you, Manoela. It works well, I can see and download the attachment at the end of each posted message there.

I had thought we had to reach a final version of roadmap for discussion before June 22 the forum online. As we are discussing now, did that mean the subsequent online forum will be fully open to the public then?

Sincerely

Wei

RE: Message attachments [#1026]
Dear Wei,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, according to the action plan (http://bch.cbd.int/onlineconferences/plan_ahteg_ra.shtml) the discussion groups that will take place from 22 June to 6 July will be open to all experts of the Online Forum. This will allow experts who are not in the AHTEG to provide their input.

There will be one discussion group for each of the four SWGs (Roadmap, Stacked Genes, Mosquitoes and Abiotic Stress). As you may see, there is still a lot of work ahead for each of the SWGs in preparation for the discussion groups!

Best regards, Manoela
