Further to my previous message, some participants asked me to provide instructions on how to "track changes" in a document.

I have prepared two presentations with brief explainations on the use of this function in MS Word 2003 and MS Word 2007 as well as how to upload a file in the online discussion. These instructions are attached to this message (please go to the online forum to see the attachments as they don't appear in the email messages).

If you are using another software and encounter difficulties in tracking changes, please contact me by email (manoela.miranda@cbd.int) and I will try to help.
