Theme 4: Conclusions and recommendations

The work done by various standards-setting bodies is quite laudable and could inform elaboration of standards in the context of the CPB.The SCBD could hold workshops , meetings and other forms of consultations with the relevant standards-setting organizations to prepare standards specifically on LMOs, for consideration of  parties to the Cartagena Protocol.
